The flooring industry relies on new products to drive sales and sustain specialty dealers. Despite challenges in 2026, manufacturers have introduced numerous offerings to spur sales.
According to local reports, the 2026 Annual Product Guide features nearly 100 products from various suppliers, including large manufacturers and smaller companies. These products aim to stand out in a crowded market and help retailers turn a profit.
Suppliers are showcasing a range of options, from waterproof laminate to high-end wool carpets. TrueTouch Floors, for example, is highlighting its MonoTechnology, which provides 99.8% real wood and waterproof performance without using PVC or plastic.
They are also focusing on environmental stewardship. Classen’s German-engineered Ceramin is a PVC-free flooring material made from natural minerals and polypropylene, designed for recyclability and featuring authentic digitally printed wood and stone looks.
Stone looks are a key feature of Karndean Designflooring’s Sabbia Ceppo, part of the Art Select collection. Meanwhile, MSI’s Valgrande porcelain tile collection aims to capture the warmth of natural wood in a high-performance, waterproof tile.
Mirage Hardwood Floors is showcasing Charlottetown, a new line inspired by the wood of tall ships once moored in Prince Edward Island’s Port Charlottetown. Denali Hardwood Floors has unveiled several European oak offerings, including the Five Collection, featuring nature-grade European oak in three colors.
AHF Products’ Bruce brand is highlighting Natural Choice, a 5/16-inch solid hardwood that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern installation flexibility. Top distributor All Surfaces has introduced its Eastern Flooring Products private-label line, including the Mammoth collection, which features a 12mm construction for maximum comfort and support.
On the soft surface side, The Dixie Group’s 1866 by Masland brand has introduced Madras, a handloomed wool with a plaid pattern. Stanton Design has unveiled Daytona from its Signature Studio brand, a wool and nylon woven product that brings warmth and refinement to designed interiors.
These new products demonstrate the industry’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. It is clear that manufacturers are working to provide a wide range of options to meet the needs of retailers and consumers.
This trend is expected to continue in the coming years, with a focus on sustainability, durability, and style.
