Roppe Corporation will debut at BDNY on November 8-9 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City, showcasing its PixelArt Minimalist Collection under its new Roppe Hospitality offerings.
The collection introduces Roppe’s first digitally printed and coated rubber flooring, following its presentation at the Healthcare Design Conference + Expo in New Orleans.
PixelArt combines specialized printing technology with a factory-applied protective coating. The company uses 100% solids, LED UV-cured inks free of solvents and heavy metals, paired with DiamondShield Pro, a coating containing diamond dust and ceramic powder.
The materials create formulations free of Red List chemicals, offering color clarity, fade resistance, and protection against scratches and stains. The flexible finish moves with the flooring without requiring reapplication and excludes PVC, PFAS, PFOA, and phthalates.
Precision Piezo printhead technology creates depth through layered colorization. The Minimalist Collection provides 21 colors mimicking carpet tile, blending textile aesthetics with rubber’s durability, moisture resistance, and low maintenance.
Subtle micropatterns conceal dirt, while the rubber construction resists crushing, matting, and allergen accumulation. The flooring is available in 50 centimeter tiles with four installation patterns, from monolithic layouts to quarter-turn checkerboard designs.
PixelArt holds GREENGUARD Gold and FloorScore certifications, meeting NSF/ANSI 332 Level 1 and CHPS criteria. It supports LEED, WELL, and Living Building Challenge goals, and the company accepts it for recycling through its IMPACT Program.
In healthcare settings, the collection pairs calming colors with indoor air quality and hygiene requirements. Hospitality applications benefit from an understated palette offering design flexibility for boutique hotels and retail spaces, alongside options for education, corporate, and government projects.
“PixelArt is one of the most significant innovations Roppe has ever introduced and it deserves to be seen in person,” said Dee Dee Brickner, Roppe’s marketing manager. “Healthcare Design Expo and BDNY put us in front of the designers, specifiers and decision-makers shaping two very different kinds of spaces and PixelArt belongs in both. This is our first time exhibiting at BDNY and it’s the right moment to show the hospitality community in person that our advanced technology delivers a beautiful visual and real durability, all in a Red List Chemical-free formulation.”
