One of the new openings to explore is Brutes of Mayfair, dedicated to the classic martini and taking inspiration from its location in Bruton Place. The martini menu keeps it simple, but garnishes are more experimental, with options like blue cheese olives and caviar bumps. They feature a green Yarwood leather banquette and vintage Persian rugs in the lounge area, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a nightcap.
Bar ALTA is a casual space located in the ALTA eatery in Soho, reflecting the pintxos culture of Northern Spain. The menu features small, moreish bar snacks, locally made wines, and ciders, as well as cocktails and a rotating selection of vermouths and sherries. Head chef Robbie Jameson has created a menu that includes flatbread with green romesco and manchego, spiced cecina with kampot oil, and padrón peppers with mint, sour cream, and pickled chilli.

Arcus, located within the refurbished Imperial Bloomsbury hotel, is set to launch in August as Bloomsbury’s first rooftop bar. The bar features near-360-degree views of the city and an artfully devised cocktail menu accompanied by small plates inspired by the changing seasons.

Honey & Co., a Middle Eastern restaurant group, has become a much-loved stalwart of the London hospitality scene. Founders Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich are shifting focus from food to beverages, with a wine list that guides the establishment and features an exciting list of wines from Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine, and beyond.
Café 1922 is a new watering hole located in The Sloane Club, one of London’s most prestigious members’ institutions. The café features interiors by Russell Sage Studio and a laid-back atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink. Guests can enjoy a range of beverages and snacks in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Prince Arthur is a boutique watering hole with a Basque eatery, featuring a bespoke drinks station and a stylish outdoor terrace. The menu includes seasonal dishes such as scallops crudo and grilled lamb cutlets with smoky aubergine, as well as small plates like gildas and in-house caviar.

Gambit Bar, located in The Newman hotel, features a menu of signature cocktails that are available alcohol-free, as well as a short and tempting snacks menu.
Rocola is a new east London spot that takes its name from the Spanish word for jukebox. The restaurant, bar, and rotating kitchen will host a programme of guest chefs, residencies, wine tastings, and collaborations, with an expansive wine list at its heart.
Kiyori is a seductive bar tucked beneath the former bank turned restaurant Aki London in Cavendish Square. The interiors, designed by Francis Sultana, feature gilded ceilings, cinematic washes of burnished gold, and deep bronze offset by velvet and reflective surfaces. Guests can enjoy Japanese-inspired cocktails paired with a concise menu of small plates.
